    Hi OzHonda

    Hi all.

I am new to the forums, currently driving a 1998 Civic Sedan GXLi. So far so good, needs a bit of work, especially in the 16 year old suspension, and exhaust. Only a bit of cancer eating away at it's fenders and.

I picked her up for $3800 with only 118K km on the clock. Will get some pictures up later.

No thanks. I've had DC2s/EGs/EFs/EDs. I will stick with the Civics.

Unfortunately no, most of them were owned about a decade or more ago. I will have pics up likely tomorrow of the new to me EK though. I have to go out and do shopping with the Mrs. tonight.

Why would anyone want a DC2. An EK sedan with full cage and interior still weighs less than a DC2 and will still handle just as well...

Only people who can't turn a wrench need Type R. The rest of us want to go faster.

Here's some pics I was finally able to snap on Sat while out with the Mrs. doing that shopping thing.

She needs some work in the suspension area, and for some reason the fuel consumption is less than good... I think it has an intermittent miss on cylinder 3. Haven't hooked up a scanner yet to see what the ECU says yet though. It runs just fine, just a bit noisier than it should be and drinking fuel fast than it should for a 1.5 liter.

I will probably hook the scanner up once I get moved into the new place and can get everything situated properly.

As for mods, I have no idea. I would be happy with sorting out the suspension and maybe dropping a B16 in it. I try not to plan ahead that far, makes it less difficult for me to be disappointed if life gets in the way like it has the tendency to do.
