    pin number for my 09 accord euro stereo to unlock

    Hi guys need help with my stock stereo i disconnected the battery and now it asking for a pin can any1 help me with this or i need to go to honda to unlock it ?

    Each head unit has it's own unique code as an anti-theft device. If you bought your car new, the code should be in that leather holder that has the service manual in it. If you bought the car second hand and they did not provide you with the service manual and stereo code then it'll be heaps more difficult to get the code. I'm not sure whether Honda will be able to source the code for it or not, but I assume you'll need to provide some proof that you have not stolen the unit.

    The dealership will have all this information readily available on a database if you give them your VIN, should you ever lose your code.
