If you have access to a torque wrench , it is always good idea to tighten it down with equal force & factory torque setting for the bolts.

Autobarn ones are crap. Going to modify my rail myself. Overwise JDM Concept sells rails for around $250 or so. Check em out on Ebay. (Vision seat rail)

I finnished mine off last night
Here is a pic of the rails cant see all the work done
But what I did is weld flat bar onto the rails then the flat bar onto the seats
as well as bar across each rail so it want bow or flex
    bloodystrong maybe overdone it haha

Cost me $15.00 in materials from Ezy Metals and a friend welded it up for me

when I had the seats out I took the liberty of puting in new carpet

It actually lines up better than standard now
My ride hight is less than 10mm higher

    $150 for both

the seats came with universal rails that arent very universal

i believe the guy is fabricating whatever is required for them to fit. he didnt say anything about modifying my stock seats - but i will let you know once i have the car back.

i left him my passenger seat and one of my bucket seats so that he can fabricate whats required and when i drop the car off tmr / saturday he will do the drivers seat as well.

i have a business card at home, i'll post up the details etc when its all done

    its in sunshine

Ended up costing me $12 for round alan key bolts and washers. Some drilling required but ended up fitting nice. Not easy but do-able on the DC2.

sorry man, lost the business card.

its in a small street off berkshire road in sunshine.. but just look up 'trimmers' in the yellow pages and you should be able to find a few businesses around who will do it.

call up first though because a few places rejected me on the basis that they didnt want to be responsible for illegally installing seats... which is homo
