    DC2 headers on LS

Hey guys... just wondering about whats involved in fitting DC2 VTI-R (B18C2) headers onto a DA9 LS (B18A)??? Is this possible and what modifications do i need to make??

AFAIK the b18a is a different dimensioned stud pattern to the other B series blocks (b18b/c etc)...so i THINK it is not compatible.

i COULD be wrong tho ! Anyone know ?

Yes it can be done but there is issues in regards to clearence of the Headers with the cross member, as far as I know the headers tend to also hang lower and you may also need to take the member off to make them fit!

Any exhaust shop should be able to help you out tho!

    Thats right LO N SXC
they will bolt onto the head fine
but you will ground clearance problems
All 4 into 1 headers will hang low I just got cutsom ones made up they sit up as high as they can but it is still the lowest point of the car
you will also have to cut up your front left to right cross member and remove your middel front to back member

Not at all -for the forum database -no one has said if the port dimensions of the b18a are the same as the b18b , thus same as b16a/18c etc ?!?
