but stock vs stock.. civic is damn noisy compared to teggy vtir on vtec!
    nah...no kidding :P

exhaust is quiet on low revs...but does rattle a little...but yeah...can get noisy!!!

Hey...the muffler is not straight through...straight through is even louder

besides he said "vtec is so soft u can barely hear it and with a muffler on, you definately will not hear it"

Its definitely not quiet if you have a different muffler on :P

I think its partially that as well. Pete has sat in my car, and he does state that the b16a of the EK VTIR and his SIR civic have a more "raw" quality where as the teg...is a smoother transition.

I find you really have to rev hard in the civic to get it going.

    Forget looking around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The price is right. I would say excellent, if the car was serviced regularly,
    just grab it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

97+. From what i know, VTi-R's were only 97-99 and from 2000 -> it was GSi and Type-R
DC2 GSi & VTiR was launched in 1994. Both had a "facelift" in 1997. Different front and rear bars. VTiR got 2 airbags.
Type-R went on sale in Nov. 99 :|

mate if you want to spam do it int the spam thread where you can say type r's are the best as much as you want, that way you wont bring up threads that are over 2 years old, stop doing it its annoying, if you keep it up you'll probly get banned, so stop

    thanx
