Facelift front bar on pre-facelift Jazz

Would say a 2005 model front bar fit on a 2003 model jazz? I really like the look of the facelift front kit.

I can't see why not but it would be pricey especially including painting. The basic structure of the car didn't change but they did change the headlights.
