if u have engineer cert, have no worries...just how low is your car? what kinda sus you having? exhaust loud?

how does my engineer cert help me with my EPA? can you explain please?
i got adjustables so i can raise my car up when i head to macloud and i got stock muffler i can bolt on too.

But i still dont know what to do with my emmissions and ecu

Your engineer cert is to certified that everything you've put on is legal to emission standard that is stated...so you're quite safe on the mods...but bout the adj suspension, it's illegal so they will take you down if they are MEAN to you, or should i say, play it on the safe side, put the std sus on, exhaust as you've said you can bolt on your std ones...but now, EPA is really clever..they will pin you down if you CHEAT or try to HIDE smth...is 3k AUD fine, no MERCY...if you had Oil catch tank, take it out as well....
