    twin turbo!!!!!!!!!! is it possible

    hey fellas, this might sound crazy but is it possible to twin turbo a d16y1??? i was thinking maybe a nice small one and a bigger one after, on stock internals too???

    Its possible to do anything, the question is why ! honestly you will get better results from a single turbo conversion.

    heard twin turbo has been done on hondas in the u.s
    well only heard its been done on the b series
    but they aint that fast
    probably due to tracktion problems...front wheel drive with that type of power?..no need

    I have a video of a 10sec TT Civic coupe. Wouldn't bother really though unless you were going to do it for a drag application - and not to a D series.

    Is it worth it? maybe if u r ashow car or u can fab everything urself. otherwise single turbo is alot better/easy.

    i have to admit.... it would be pretty different , how ever i agree with the others single turbo ( if chosen properly) will give the performance you are looking for.

    the guy that did the set up in that pic said basically he only did it to be different. There was no power advantage. He did it simply to say he could.

    arent twin turbo's kinda inefficient? espescially on a small displacement car...

    anyone done a supercharger + turbo conversion on a honda? supercharger for low rpms then switch over to turbo at higher rpms... is it possible?
