Cost of a Turbo Conversion

I have been told that a turbo conversion for my Civic Coupe is gonna cost around $7000.

Does this sound right?
If not how much am I looking at?

Also, Will i need to get a engineers report after i have done it?

Please search and your answer will be clear. We also need MORE information as to whether it is a turbo kit, what parts, is tuning included and so on.

PM JDM Imports can inport the Greddy bolt-on for our D16Y1 $3100

PM Weq for custom piping and intercooler made for D16Y1 coze thats what he has

$750

$1000 installed

I'm looking @ doing it but not for some time coze I'm broke ass

but that's where I'll be getting my stuff from

Not the same engine but you get it!!!

so for 5gz i could get my SOHC VTEC motor turboed? everything done and nothing more to pay? and how much KW atw we talkin?

I dont the what the wheel KW is but I would like to

maybe 110-120 ATW if ya lucky

oh okz... but wif turbos its very easy to make more gains... i want about 150 atw from my motor i have now.... then after a while upgrade to b16 or b18 for some crazy power

so is it possible to have the turbo kit installed and working proply for 5gz?

Nan man that price is on the D16Y1 only

Turbo kits are like twice as much for those other motors

What engine do you have right now? and what mods?

woww $3100 for bolt on kit... does that include everything you need?? Would you be able to install it yourself??

Yeah thats a complete kit from greddy
No BOV
No Intercooler
No timer

but all the above are not needed on low boost but I would still buy em afterwoods as they help in the life of ya engine and turbo

Plus the intercooler adds to your KW gains

Nan I cant install it myself, I can weld or have a welder lol
