    OBD2 EPROM Emulator

    http://www.autoserve.8m.com/OBD2Emu2.html

    Where can I get this?
Is this the real deal? I mean I thought you couldn't chip OBD2 Ecu's. But I found this on PGMFI.org

This means i could chip my P2t ECU.

its a hoax. Doesnt work, and CANT work by design.

We've been through this before on PGMFI. Read about it there.

    OBDII is chippable

you have to replace the MCU ( that big chip ) it has ROM space built into it,
so you can only program it once, and there hard to get here in AU and about US$90.

Even that is not feasible, becuase there is no emulation that is possible with not only the MCU, but the board doesnt support it either

no one really chipps the obd2...
It would be great if it was possible... the conversion fee to put an obd1 into my car is the same cost as buying a standalone

the same applies to newer engines with "flash" ecus rapparently... so basically nothing newer than obd1 may be chipped
