    maybe the motors are dirty or simply weak. clean it out, n lube it n should go faster n smoother, i did it before..

    yeah i had slow windows on the way up, but on the way down they fast, just lubed all the window arm hinges and all that with wd40 still was a bit slow, then used the rubber lube and worked a treat if this doesnt work then u might have bent arms or something.

    I had the same problem with mine, although it needed more lube, not a new motor. I notice it too late though, now my windows are all scratched as hell. I still remember the scraping sound in my nightmares.
