    fan noise on EG civic

hey guys, tonite i noticed that when i turn on the ac/heat/fan theres a noise behind the glove box, (turn on a fan and hold a piece of paper in front of it so its touching it and thats what it sounds like). when i turn it off it slows down and then stops. what could this be? would i need to remove the glove box to fix something there?

does the noise happen ONLY as you turn the fan or heater/ac on ? The noise gets louder the faster the fan is ?

I think you have some leaves or some crap stuck in the fan box ~ look under the passenger foot well , look up and there is the "fan" motor - use a 8mm socket or spanner and take the 3 small bolts out , the whole motor (looks liek a tiny washing machine) will fall out. Should be abit of leaves n stuff inside - clean out and reinstall.

    hope that did the trick
