wats this black box next to ecu?

i have no idae what this little black box is! it is found next to the ecu in my bb4 prelude 92 model!

its got the word 'shindengen' on it!

i think it has something 2 do with the cooling fan! i was wondering if anyone new what its called, what it does and if its different from f22 and h22 engines. cos my prelude has a jdm conversion. and my fan stays on when ignition is off, even on cold start!

ive traced the constant power back to this little ****er!

Hmmmm......im guessing you have a 4th gen prelude.

Best bet is to go log on to preludeaustralia.com and ask the tech guys in the specific generation sections m8.

without seeing the characters cant tell exactly what it is... but

SHIN = Heart/Core
DENGEN = Electricity source/origin

so from that id asume it would have to have somethin to do with electric components?
