    d16y8 manifold

    just a quick question for anyone that knows...is the d16y8 manifold on the 94 model vti's the same as the d16y8 manifold on the 96-98 civics...etc the throttle that leads to the main throttle is it bigger/smaller if they are different would anyone be able to tell me differences.. etc

    ??? do you mean is the d16y4 manifold on 94 vti the same as the d16y8 manifold on 96-98 civics? from my knowledge the d16y8 only came from the 96-98 civic coupe.... i could b wrong tho

    so basically we are comparing both SOHC VTEC's

    the y8 apparently is the best one.

    LOL yeah the Y8 intake manifold is the most superior of the D-series.. it's a fat-ass bitch !!

    lukezen i had ppl off the Dseries forum tell me the same thing its the better of the intake manifolds for the D series thnx anyways.
