I guess anything that is registered and engineeried and able to run at a street meet is street legal.. who has gone 10.9 with a street tyred FWD? I know the Swift from Qld has gone 11.5 on street tyres and 11.0 on slicks.

Cunha ran 10.9 in the US in 2004. I will check on the current leader when car is up and running
Homers car is quite gutted! still street registered though. 10.9 should be pretty achieveable.. good luck.
