Man its easy, the clips slide into the bumper, then you screw thw bolts through the lip into the clips. it couldn't be easyer. Id help, but you know... . Just take your bumper off and look ar it.

as i said i found them while looking for a mates bday prezzie bought them from Aspec Accessories in perth from a guy called frankie they were the last set he had
i dont think they are honda oem? but they may be i have no idea. they look like it tho
