that's no way its a c2 those engines are not that quick unless you change alot.

how much have you stripped? what mods do you have as its 'pretty much stock' usually means you got exhaust and intake. what octane fuel? what temp was the air? barefoots B18C2 only ran in the 15's and his whole interior was stripped plus he has excellent suspension setup
