alot of work
you could base it off a crx kinda
it will weaken your chassies alot without it on and where will you store it
the crx has a special compartment for it
u rekon? like ive already got a sunroof? how wuld it weakin it? n its been done to otha cars
Didn’t you play with lego when you were young? Build a structure with 2 walls and a roof. Try and simulate car forces by pushing it with one finger from the side of one wall. Now do the same with the roof missing. You'll find it easily collapses. Your integra's performance will suffer greatly. The car will have to endure bending forces during cornering, accelerating and braking and it won’t have enough torsional rigidity.
Yes it has been done before but those people are idiots, or have a lot of money to place extra bracing. In any case you'll be adding extra weight to the car. Most proper convertibles/targas have special structures to keep the car light without sacralising rigidity. For example, the S2000 utilises an "X-bone" frame.
Just go buy a crx. It has been done properly by the manufacturer. Plus, 4 seater convertibles are just wrong...

the roof is a structual part of the car, chop it with out reinforcing the chassis and your car will bannana on you, you wont be able to close the doors.
