    Whatever u do, put a thermostat in.

    Using good oil can do wonder to temps also. not all oils are made equal.

    OK since my last post not permitted... sumone on here recently did a 19 row oil cooler system and a 25 row oil cooler system fitted and the price was less than 850.

    another alternative to having a thermostat, is to simply put a plate (iv even seen a cardboard sheet) across the face of the cooler during normal daily driving. this will allow your oil to operate at its rated temp.

    i would certainly be getting an oil temp and oil pressure gauge to monitor your previous temps before getting a cooler.

    i have been running the eBay oil cooler for over 3 years, it is still perfect and i won the 2007 NSW supersprint championship running one...

    and not running a thermostat.
