    Gathers tape deck!

    hi guys,

    has anyone seen the gathers tape deck that u get in the jdm integra type r???

    the tape deck has the same carbon finish as the interior!
    are they hard to find???
    how much do they go for??? ive been keeping an eye on ebay, here and there, but nothing has come up at the moment!

    Ive seen them, i dont see any functionality though, the radio wont work over here, and who the hell listens to tapes

    yeah, it's pretty much just a jdm bling bling piece... it's rare and all, but for daily use it would probably suck. unless u live in the states and go to shows where these jdm pieces count for something, there's no point.

    gathers made cd players, tape decks, all the lil audio stuff for honda in japan... but yeah, wotever floats ya boat.

    i've seen alot on ebay, u just gotta keep at it and eventually something would turn up.

    lol the radio still works except from memory they stop really early in the frequencies or they start really late...


    so you either get nova or jjj

    Japanese Radios will only receive in the frequency range 76 to 90mhz

    You can very easily get a frequency shifter thingo from Jaycar.
