just take it to an exhaust shop, they'll look at it and fix it for like 10 bucks (in my experience) if it's something simple like a bracket or loose bolt

it may be the exhaust pipe.. or otherwise above the exhaust there is actually a shield that runs from just under the gear stick all the way back to about where the handbreak is.. check that... too.. might help..

mate...i agree take it to exhaust place...i go there so frequent they are doing it for free for me sometimes...last time my resonator was dislocated hahaha....dun ask me how it happens...my resonator is like 5 cm from the ground...and cost me about 30 bucks to fix....so just take it there...easiest...otherwise u'll spend all day and nite weeks and months looking for the problem...

it's quite hard to bend the chassis, if not impossible, jsut by scrapin.
you could of bent the exhaust. which is also quite hard to do by scrapin..
sounds odds, your ehxaust against the chassis of the car.
maybe get another person to look at it.. like an exhaust place.

Some smash repair places do have the machine to bend the chassis back into place but i highly doubt that would be the problem. Im gonna say bent/broken exhaust.
