oh.. it sounds like honda needs to recheck their designs... especially if alot of people are having the same problem. If water / condensation gets into the headlights this will affect the performance of the bulbs for sure. If you have replaced both bulbs and then you find out that one is dimmer than the other. Its not an electrical problem. Its definately has something to do with the water seeping in. Like you wouldnt think touching the glass of the bulb and getting oil and finger prints on it would greatly reduce the life of the bulb but it does no matter whether its the normal halo. or hid bulbs. Water getting in will do heaps more damage, quite obvious really.
