							oh.. it sounds like honda needs to recheck their designs... especially if alot of people are having the same problem.  If water / condensation gets into the headlights this will affect the performance of the bulbs for sure. If you have replaced both bulbs and then you find out that one is dimmer than the other. Its not an electrical problem. Its definately has something to do with the water seeping in. Like you wouldnt think touching the glass of the bulb and getting oil and finger prints on it would greatly reduce the life of the bulb but it does no matter whether its the normal halo. or hid bulbs. 							well, abt 2-3 yrs ago, there was a recall on the euro in some overseas markets.water leaking into the headlight assembly, and in some cases, causes short circuit and fire.  yes, there was a case of a burnt 4 mth old euro in singapore.
