    i disagree with re010 being an "excellent" tyre... above average (better than a falken ziex) BUT definitely not excellent...

    torque steer?? are you sure?
    i have an open diff (vti-r) and i don't get torque steer... a bit of axle tramp, wheelspin etc... but the car never tries to change lanes on it's own.

    maybe you mean understeer?
    And so it begins...

    LOL!

    i have an open diff'd B20VTEC and i dont get Torque steer - well only when the wheel alignment is out or i am on very worn tyres...

    got the exactly the same prob in my g2... tyre place said my camber was out of wack from lowering.. and could only be fixed with a camber kit...

    car is all over the place on bumps.. bit hard to control

    Thanks for the feed back guys. I'll change my tyres soon and see if that solves it.

    Yup i normally get that done at the same time.

    ok here is a newbie question ... what is "torque steer" and "open diff"...
