Im thinking of getting this car just wondering what the integra's of this age and km's are worth and if its worth getting with that many km's.

No kidding! That's about $8,500USD and that's about $2,500 too much! If he'll let it go for about $8,000AUD you might look into getting it. But damn that's a lot of miles on that motor. I'd say get something like a 96-98 for the price he's asking.
