hey, u can get MDF board from bunnings, make sure its at least 12mm thick, usually i make all the sides out of 12mm thick and the face that holds the sub out of 18mm thick MDF.

P.S-make sure u wear a protective mask when cutting as the dust is quite bad for you.

Use "MDF" wood as it is solid and wont bend or anything, which you should be able to buy at a decent hardware store. Dont breath the dust when cutting it.

Thickness should be around 3/4 of an inch, or around 16mm-18mm.

You can also use particle board, not fiber board. The P.B. is half the cost of MDF and just as good for a daily driver.

Use MDF, way stronger than most other particle boards, and fibred boards.

16 or 18mm will do, with bracing, or u could laminate two boards into 32-36mm for the baffle to make it super strong, even thouhg it might be overkill, but always good to reduce flex.
