so keep that in mind when deciding which bandwagon to jump on...

So what IS the Issue again?

Toda as a Trader is obviously benefitting the relationship with Hondata, and
if I'm not wrong, Toda is almost akin to a Hondata Dealer in Sydney, judging from the other adverts.
Hence the advertisement. It is no different from Toda posting this up as their own.

Maybe its time to exercise some mental flexibility and not keep harping on who broke what rules....

Though I had James make the post originally as it was more convenient.
The post was then removed & Win explained the reason for the removal of the post.
Though I don't agree as to why,
What was done was in fact in breach of the forum rules.
This has been rectified & will not occur again.

Adrian, I dont think that CTR Coupe was attempting to be melicious in moving the thread. I know that I hadnt yet received word from Wyn that you had been in contact (so I can assume that he also was unaware that you had spoken and resolved the issue). As I have said in the past to other members, I hope you dont walk away from the forums due to this instance - your input is valuable and I hope that this was just an issue of a lack of information.

I personally appreciate what you give/provide to this community and I am sure that by working with Wyn that this issue can be resolved.

I doubt that Adrian from TODA, who is well known and respected in many magazines, publications and mentioned on many websites, and trusted with expensive cars, is going to run to Vanuatu with our money.

I feel that if you pay the $30 fee to be a trader on here, and you have a good reputation, why shouldnt you be given the benefit of the doubt. That is why I don't agree with the threads being moved at all. You're just going to piss people off needlessly. What do you wanna clarify. It's all semantics

Group buy is the same as a pre-order. He has pretty competitive prices compared to some of the other traders. I've even posted in other peoples threads that they're more expensive than TODA_AU and I've been told via PM to shut my mouth. (by the trader, not the moderators).

I hope that the thread is moved back into the trader section, and an apology is made for removing it in the first place.

Nothing more then over moderation. Guys, please stop acting like gods and thinking you are so important. Hondata is used by MORE people then Ozhonda has, period. They dont give out licences to just anyone, and thinking that James i a bad trader just because he has little respect for the rules, hardly dictates these actions.

I dont care what lame excuses are given in this thread. Fact is, James is the most scrutinised person ever to grace this bored. How many 'unpaying traders' have been banned and posted under different names. I know of atleast 4 or 5 and they still exist in our mists. But as soon as a hint of Hondata is posted on this site, BAM SWAT SCAM. Feeding frenzy.

i agree with what weq said. ever since wyn and James-blkcrx had a falling out any thing to do with hondata gets wipe away. from my understanding they said blkcrx was making commercial post thru out the years that ozhonda has been up and therefore ozhonda banned him. but in this conversation between wyn and james u can see that they(wyn) couldnt really tell James what rules he broke. so to me this is just a personal thing.

The reason ppl are so pissed with the mods is cos they are moderating these forums on their own personal preferences. just look at what was said in the mods section when a member was banned or a post was deleted

Now that Toda is working with James he too has falling victim to the hondata/ozhonda war.

why am i sticking up for James is cos he is a friend of mine and not because im up his arse as you mods have said in your private forums. you mods would do the same for a friend.

This sucks balls, The forum is so full of policital bullshit its not funny. The only section worth looking at is the for sale section. Now that the for sale section is turning to shit, I don't know how much more this site has to offer.

O well i have to say that James was prob a much more helpful guy on the forums than most. And he always tried to answer my questions and PMs.

I guess that's why he's got his own site now (apparently opening soon?), and just a note, i think his site looks better......

Comon mods you've seen what people do when you're abusive, i think the site's lost alot of credibility ever since the site hack.
