Wire Tuck/Fuse Box moval info needed

How hard would it be to do a wire tuck of the engine bay with the engine still in?

how hard would it be to move the engine bay fuse box to the glove box with the engine in? and what would need doin to accomplish this ? is this legal to do. would i need mod papers. im from perth
