My opinion for what its worth mate is go the lows. Not to go against the advice of the last few threads by any means though. I wont pretend to be a suspension specialist but from the little i know 30mm is about as much as you want to alter the ride height on standard shocks. I was told it will destroy your shocks in short time and also whilst manufacturers mightnt make things look 'bling' and there is DEFINITELY room for improvement on all cars it requires money. They have engineers and design teams with large budgets to make a car do things well, if you go changing the springs 50mm or something they will not be even remotely matched to the dampers, you will throw out alignment and steering/suspension geometry in a big way. Basically as i said im no pro but if you think of the money that has gone into getting a match up in that suspension in geometry and rates and stuff (as soft/high as it may be) i think its fair to assume you will need to spend more than 300dollars for springs to do things right when changing geometry. ie matched rate dampers, caster/camber/toe adjustment kits etc. Just my 2c of course but 25-30mm on your car wont destroy the handling and compliance of your car, wont destroy the durability of your components and will look quite nice and classy on a car that looks pretty good already.
    Happy shopping mate
