Of course. C.Drives are the replacement for A539, which was one of Yoko's best affordable street performance tyre.

Heard about this, apparently a few brands do this. Make sure you get a size that were manufactured germany. Mine were absolutely faultless for a road tire!!!!!
ok maybe i should b more clear......from 2005 anything under and including size 17 inch tyres were made in thailand.....this was what i was told by a good year rep....

its just info for you to know so when they try to sell u good years just be sure as to where there made.....been F'd around by a tyre company and dont appreciate it

I just bought 205/40/17 Michelin Pilot Preceda PP2 for my EK civic and so far i've found them to be pretty awesome. i havnt managed to get them unstuck yet(safely of course) and they dont even make a peep when under stress. They are actually reasonably quiet when cruising as well which is bonus. Im not overly experienced with diff types of tyres but im so happy with these tyres..feel so safe in wet and confident in dry now.
Although only prob is they quite expensive. Anyone else experienced these tyres or found any negatives with them?

Thanks mate that does help, mine were 18s and they were awesome. But under 17s being made in thailand would explain the 125dollar fitted and balanced price per f1 gsd3 tyre.

Im looking at getting a set of michelin pilot preceda pp2, 175 per tyre fitted.

    Both prices are for 195/50/15s

I got the impression from reading various threads that the C-Drive had really soft walls - considerably softer than the A539's, but they are quite good on the euro and provide a comfortable ride, as well as *excellent* traction (VSA has not come on once yet ). Although around corners they dont provide much road feedback, so they are definetely a bit softer than the stock Dunlops.

Guessing in theory, but it is possible. If Dunlop can bring in only 2 sizes of SP Sport MAXX, 235/45ZR17 and 245/35ZR19, it should be possible for Yoko to bring AD07 in just a few sizes.

Is there a list or something that says what's illegal in Australia and what's not? Does it just need DOT approval? If so.... check the link..http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=40801

Anyways, I'm on AD07 and they are great, but mine doesn't have the DOT approval on it, maybe they've recently got it or something.
