    Cant get tacho to work

    I cant seem to get the tacho to work..


    Is there anything on the OBD2B ECU - "A" Plug that works with the ICM or tacho? Im looknig at the table.. but there doesnt seem ot be any

    ICM is controlled by the ecu,so ecu already knows what ICM is doing,it doesnt need a return signal.

    What u need to find is a seperate wire which leads off the ICM (usually blue) and tracks back to the gauge assembly.

    Ill consolidate this thread with blitz's thread as we are talking about the same car and he knows more about it then i do..

    ICM on OBDIIb is B13 pin. on a OBDIIb to OBDI convertion harness A19 ( NEP ) and B13 ( ICM ) are joined together.
