there hasnt been any peeling or flaking or any signs of wear or tear on the tape, its been on for almost a week now lol

yeah the tape will peel off if you want it too, so if it gets any fading or damaged you can always peel it off and give it another fresh layer of tape.

Im not exactly too sure what the door strip is made out of, but my one has some sort of hard dry compound that i couldnt really sand off easily before painting, so i just did this instead, its basicaly the lazy mans way imo
