i say get your payout and maybe ge a new one. the main part in this is that you are all right. I went through the same thing when i wrote off my ITR. i have a chance of buying it back thoough from JC. THey are sly kients tho. screwed me over in that aspect. You gotta follow them up hard all the time.
Even if insurance decided to pay the cash and have ure S fixed, it would never be the same. When a cars been in a stack like that, u dont want it back. Ure better off this way IMO, best of luck with ure next car.
