uhm, you'd have to connect a gauge up somewhere.
has the dude reset his ecu and done a cold start, where it reaches operating temperature, and then driven? (cooling fan comes on twice).

yea has been reset... idle for like 10min then test again .. still the same... but i guess can try again

engien light is off and speedo .. but its throw out code 20 and 17
17=vss....
but speedo is working ... any help?

how did u get the speedo working?
I assume you hooked up the wire from vss to speedo?
Check this same wire goes back to ecu as well,
C18-OBD2A
C23-OBD2B
Ignore code 20,unless u do have an elec load detector(found in the main fuse box,underhood),if so hook it up,will help smooth out your idle when switching on big elec loads such as headlights,etc
