Avatar uploading not working

If I paste the url into the address bar, the pic does not show up and says:

Unauthorized: Unable to Retrieve File for this Resource Type.

After you hit enter and get that message........what does it say in the address bar? (i.e. the URL)

My Avatar was working ok this morning as expected, but I tried another upload and its gone again.

It seems the servers cache has an issue

Yup.....has to do with the cache.

Hopefully it should all be fine now.
