Euro R Kit VS. Euro Sport

    Hi,

is there anything different between the 2 kits, they all seems pretty similar to me. I want to install the R kit on my Lux 2006, however I'm affriad I might turn it into a standard Euro Sport.

    thanks

This could just be how the photos turned out but I think the lines on the front skirt are more pronounced on the Euro R kit, the blue one is Euro R, the grey is the Sport.

Anyway, I think it comes down to price - if you can source the Sport kit for cheaper go for that. I still think the Euro R / Sport kit looks great. The only better kit is the no longer manufactured Phase kit IMO.

ps- the 03-05 Euro R kit is nicer - somehow Honda botched the facelift on the 06!
pps - how much nicer do the rims look in gun metal.

the kit that comes on the euro sport is the euro R kit.
its known as the euro R kit in japan, but here since the bodykit comes on a car badged "euro sport", it will be known as the "euro sports" bodykit in australia.
    They are exactly the same

The lip at the bottom of the front lip (if that makes any sense) looks more angled, or maybe it's just the shot.

I hadnt really liked the mugen kit much, although that picture has changed my mind

On the topic of 06 euro kits, has anyone got more shots of the Modulo OEM skirts?

yfin, im sure the kits are the same, it's just the difference between proffessional touched up photography and a regular shot that makes them look different

Our Accord Euro Sport is what would otherwise be a "Type S" in Europe and Japan -- which has the same kit as the Euro R.

So if you buy an R kit, yes your car will then look like the Euro Sport (unless you don't change the grille).

The Euro R also has darker wheels (same design, just darker grey) -- and for some reason runs 215 45 R17 instead of 225 45 R17!

Can you install the 06 Euro Sports kit on an 03-04 Euro?

Side skirts should fit no problems. You'd have to buy new front and rear bumpers along with the lips and a new grille -- assuming it fits around the headlights (which I think are the same shape). However, the 06 doesn't have the bonnet insert piece, so then you'd probably want a new bonnet too.

Starts to get an expensive proposition...

    ^ too true.

the EuroR kit for 03-05 looks just as good anyway
