I believe they come as an option from the dealer.
Not 100% sure about the '06 models tho.

i read somewhere that the US version can play mp3 .. pity our version can't do that ..

I went after market head unit in my Jazz. Looks good. And has option of sub controller and mp3 player....worthwhile mod.

You can even go back to playing cassettes if you mod =)
