My passenger side window goes up REAL slow, any sollutions

spray some rubber care or silicone spray down the rubbers where the window runs in..
you can also try grease the reg.

Buy some Graphite Powder and poor some in the rails.

You can also use some Silicon Spray, but its best not to spray anything liquid in the rails since it can cause dirt buildup and get worse.
