Yes they are both pretty much the exact same engine. 1 was released in Australia (d16) the other in Japan (zc)..

Crx's tend to hold their value pretty well. I originally had a ZC and it was a great car nice and peaky.. I love my b16a SiR now has the bit more power and I find it has a fair bit of toque. Maybe have a look around for an SiR some go for near the same price but finally decision rest on the condition of the car.
