    You can use it.

    Does it affect the performance? If you're asking if it will -add- performance, then by personal experience - probably not, some people employ lower resistance cables but I think it must be paired with an upgraded ignition system to see any benefits.

    Creative - you want iridiums? they're around $21 each at your local auto store, ignition cables aren't usually readily available but can be ordered in - just don't get conned into getting anything else.

    I read an article on i think it was VTEC.NET and they tested 6 year old honda OEM leads with most of the big brand names in the states, honda OEM came out the best in all the Dynos that were done. Quite interesting ...Honda Honda Honda Honda
