Don't you still get more vibrations from removing the resonator?
Resonator is made for the stock airbox. If you are comparing vibrations using the stock airbox with and without the resonator, then yes, at above 5000rpm.
If you are comparing a CAI and the stock airbox without the resonator, then the CAI is smoother. Same with the Comptech Icebox, when you change the lid and add the intake pipe, the booming noise disappears.
SRI on the other hand... I think the SRI has more vibration over all the configurations, except maybe the stock airbox without resonator.
yeah it wouldnt be worth the extra money to get someone else to install it for you.... if you arent that mechanically minded, maybe its worth a carton to someone in your area from ozhonda, just a thought
