It happens rarely . Only once have I had to run it down to 70km after the light and probably less than 10 times when I had the light come on.

i believe, with the trip computer, the light is 'ON', once the computer estimates that you only have 70km or less to go. the light will be turned on when the 'distance to empty' hits 70.

Dangerous.... cause sometimes when driving the fuel gets move around in the tank, and if the pump suck some air inside, the fuel preasure will drop, thus injectors might not be injecting enough fuel into the chambers....

That is very unlikely to happen unless you are at the track with semi slick tyres and stiff suspension. For normal driving without breaking speed limits and driving safely, you wouldn't generate enough side-Gs to starve the fuel pump under an almost empty tank.

If you hit the information display button, the message disappears (but will reapper to remind you in a short while.)

just a question, i like getting "drives arm" but in the euro the locking knob on the door is in a position that makes this very uncomfortable to do. in my wifes my04 gli civic the locking knob is flush with the door. i was wondering if any one knows if you can get after market locking knob that would make the knob flush with the door. i mean who lifts these knobs up anyway when you got the central locking button within easy reach.

so unscrew it, cut off 1/4 to 1/2 an inch from the bottom of it and screw it back on. that way in the locked position, it will probably be flush with the trim

not the answer i was looking for, but great idea. i'm a bit scared of cutting, just say the thread is too short for it to screw back in. but if it was long enough it would be sweet, has anyone tried this before?

Quite comon and easy to do... you can get some aftermarket door lock knobs to modify if you dont want to cut the original knobs.
