    Type R Insurance

    hi im 22 and need comprehensive for ITR
    who do you guys insure with? recommends

    Insurance

    I got mine from HBA, because I receive a discount being a member of their health insurance. The policy covers windscreen replacement plus your own choice of repairer. try them.

    im with jsutcar cos my car is a private import, the insurance is actully cheaper than my old car, just because my old car had big shiny wheels and a noisy exahust

    That's cheap in my terms.

    I'm 20y.o. My jazz is under my dad's name and i'm registered as the non-owner driver and i pay 1600 per yr for NRMA. This is already discounted with CTP, Home and building insurance.

    Got an estimated quote for dc2r, and i would have to pay $4400+ per year.

    NRMA are wankers. Try just cars. Being a Jazz it should be no more that $1500

    a modded car is allways heaps more for insurance, my ITR is 1200ish a year, im 22 and on a rating 1.

    i can insure a evo9 for 4400

    justcars quoted me 1800 a year
    but the excess is a whore
    i think it was 1900 for me if i had a accident (22YO) and 2k for theft
    drivers over 25 are 1300

    btw i made a claim earlier this yr so thats probably why

    dont just look at amount per yr, u gotta look at the access fee aswell.
    sum access fees r $2000+

    ok so i just pulled out all my insurance papers.

    19 y.o driver
    Just car Insurance
    02 DC5 Honda Integra Type R
    No mods
    Full comp
    Premium: $1821
    Excesses -
    Standard: $400
    Plus Vehicle: $400
    Age Excessess:
    Male Ages 16 - 23: $400

    so considering no one else would even touch me, cept for suncorp...... once i spent about a grand on a aftermarket alarm even then it would be 2200, i think they are VERY good. i have a friend that had some electrical fualts with his car, causing a fire. his car is heavley moded and with just cars, and they have looked after him very well.
