    The differences between crank position sensor?

    i have a JDM 1989 Integra DA6 my dizzy stuffed up i got a new one and the new one that i got it stuffed i did the ecu check and came up saying it crank position sensor (CKP) so yeh dose any one no if i have to buy the DA6 CKP or can i get any type from the b series??

    you will need to get a sensor from any other OBD0 dizzy,

    if you find a broken one you can use the TDC or CYL as they are the same sensor. only the pick is different that goes past the sensor

    how do you know its the CKP that is at fault. did you measure its resistance ??

    i did the ecu test and it cam up as 4 fast beeps (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthr...ght=error+code) yeh so that why um i got a new dizzy off a crx and put it in my car and has'nt worked yet would it matter?

    the dizzy has to be the same

    just coz the ecu says code 4, you should realy test the wiring connectors and measure the resistence to be 100% sure its the dizzy
