    pics of series 1 and 2 DC2

    Hey guys, i have gone through all previous threads and it seems that there is a confusion on when is the series 2 DC2 (facelift version) out in aus! Therefore, can someone really confirm that! And if possible, can someone post up pics of 2 versions? If not, a link will be good as well!

    the first series has the headlights retracting inside the bumper, where as the second series.... the headlights are more flush with the bumper.....

    series 1 left (my ride), series 2 right (snowman95's ride)






    more agressive front bar
    bigger headlights
    and different corner lights...

    I'm pretty sure the series 2 DC2 were released in 97

    Thanks guys for the info. The pic is a very helpful in seeing the differences. However, i have looked at carsales.com.au and found all 97 model DC2 has the series 1 look?? How come?

    By the way, i know this has been asked zillions times already! But can i go to a Honda dealer to buy a DC2R front lip/Side Skirt? And roughly how much would it cost?

    One more things, is the back seat of DC2 reasonably sized?

    i went to a honda dealer and the type r front lip was $739.50 sprayed to your colour.

    Didn't even bother about asking for skirts. Just way to expensive.

    If you find one anywhere i suggest you just get it because wreckers don't really have them either.
