    Question [EURO] Motorised Side Mirrors!

Hey there, ive seen a blue euro parked where i usually park and each time i see both its side mirrors tucked in...

There are two conclusions, the driver is extra extra careful and each time parking the car goes out to both sides and tucks em in and opens themwhen back driving.... OR he has motorised side mirrors!

It is still the stock mirrors [love em], is this possible ??

If you look in the manual, there is a stock part for it. But not for Australia for some reason!!!

Really? My manual is only for Euros, both the petrol and diesel model. It's still thick though.

Most JDM cars have this feature if I am not mistaken.

Most of street and parking lots in Japan or asian countries are so tiny and narrow. so electric tuck-in mirrors are standard features on almost all cars..

Here in Australia, we hardly short of space (except metropolitan area), so we rarely need this feature.. But I guess it is a nice optional feature to have.

is that why most JDM spec cars have sunroof's too? so u can fold ur mirrors in, carefully squeeze into a car park with 10cm gap on each side then climb out your sunroof?

I had this feature in my old JDM Prelude.
All I can say is that I've never used it during my 6 year ownership of the car.
    It's a worthless gimmick.

had motorised in my old car.. loved it.. made life so easy to tuck them in to park into the garage on special occasions, or to get into a really really narrow spot.

but everytime someone snapped em back i got paranoid.. but a few clicks it would click itself back to normal
