fill up your tank to the max, and reset your odometer
next time you fill up a full tank, divide the number of k's (from your odometer) by the amount of fuel (litres), and it will give you a km/L reading
well in my [acronym:fecdecf2dc="Single Overhead Cam"]SOHC[/acronym:fecdecf2dc] [acronym:fecdecf2dc="Valve Timing and lift Electronic Control"]VTEC[/acronym:fecdecf2dc] with chipped [acronym:fecdecf2dc="Engine Control Unit"]ECU[/acronym:fecdecf2dc], intake and exhaust, just did 615KM's off 50L..
with about 400KM's of country driving and lots of [acronym:fecdecf2dc="Valve Timing and lift Electronic Control"]VTEC[/acronym:fecdecf2dc] action.. so that's about 12.3Km/L
well for me..i do a lot of travelling around,
full tank lasts me 4 days?
averaging 500Km per tank..thats about 41Litres
around $40 per tank.
that includes a thrash every now and then =)
well i own an intergra gsi with headers and full exhaust and i do about 400km high way driving, but short trips which involve starting, stopping and thrashing around 350km using 40 litres, that is also running on bp ultimate.
