As far as I know they won't fit easily and require abit of modification. My sister looked at doing it when I was wrecking a Da but decided it wasn't worth the hassel

I know man.. I found a set on ebay brand new for 5 dollars start bid. I didnt even bother bidding because I think the stock tail lights look better anyway.. just wanted to see a pic as I was curious.

Yay logic prevails, if you have an older (I think 92 or earlier) you can bleach the top part of the rear lights to make it white instead of pinkish.
92-93 yellow indicators ftw :p

What are you after? Boss had one when I was searching for parts a while back. Just ring around there are a few of them in wreckers, be warned they overcharge like crazy though.
they make crystal tails that look like stock tail lights but are clear lens they look great
i got the altezzas im gonna put on mine but there with the black background not the chrome the chrome looks tacky
as for da seats in a eg they dont fit its better for dc seats they BOLT in

So they look stock but with a bit more detail
The crystal taillights dont have a reflector inside them, thus not roadworthy.

vortech make a kit and so do jackson racing
it depends what sort of supercharger u want if u want a scroll setup get a jr one if u want centrifugal then get a vortech the vortech ones imo r better because u can put intercoolers in them the same as a turbo also u can use stock intake manifold and u dont have clearance issues where as the jr one u need one for a b18a/b which r a little harder to get. plus this replaces the intake manifold.
if ur car was lhd u cant put the jrsc on because of the master cly so ur lucky u got more options

If anyone is interested in taking the engine and gearbox alone i'll be willing to let it go alone as well. Just PM for further details.

Hey i wana put a twin loop exhaust system on my DA i know mugen make them Dose any one else make them 2 suit DAs im also looking at a set of buddy club 4to1 hedders
any buddy club B-series header should fit and as for the twinloop, there was a mugen DA exhaust somewhere along the way but was deff not twinloop.
the twinloop needs a decent amount of room under the rear section which a twinloop might have trouble fitting.

I think u better double check your muffler clearance because ours is mendral bend... EG, EK or DC they have an arc at the under carriage for the muffler to clear... DA doesn't have that benefit and might scrape your muffler if u lower your car too much and the muffler would or might hang abit low...Quote:

I have plastic stuck on my DA, but only what I consider plastic which accentuates the normal lines, body kits are just so easy to get wrong, love them when done right however, but just need something to extend the body a little. The mugen rear bumper cover is also sexual.

I was gonna go buy one this week but I think I'll stick to my rear lip.. I need the rear lines as low as possible to match the rest.

no its not a stupid question and yes u can
theres two options if u wana cheat and make a race motor this is the better way coz u can put the toda killer cams in and not worry about oil up to the vtec etc.
but if u want vtec to work then u need to tap into the oil gallery and run a line to ur vtec its been done alot of times and there are plenty of kits avalible
search LS/VTEC

y didnt u use a b16 head? then u could get rid of the dual stage manifold
if u want a quick fix for the wiring job i sell complete harness conversions to vtec there very neat and designed for da9s
Removed the dual runner butterflies, so it's all good.

Long story short, my original cheap conversion fgucked it from the start.
now getting it fixed finally and theres more then i expected wrong.
fgucked from the start + more then expected wrong = lots of money that
was not budget for.
A word of advice: Dont cheap out get it done right the first time, will be worth the wait.
now have to cut the losses and do the wise thing for the future. im not out of the game completely though.
my missus has a EG that inturn i will take when we get her a new car, then i will do it right.
1.handling (coils+sways+struts)
2.visuals/looks (JDM+wheels+personal flare)
3.power (anything vtec [b18c7] )
that's a shame. gl for the future.

Be warned bikes ruin your motivation to do car modding. It taken me 18 months to fix my brakes and I still need to put a new booster on them, and that all I need to have the car track ready. Its just so hard to get up the motivation to spend my weekend in the garage making the car fast when the bike is sitting there already faster then the car will ever be....
well, the EG for me will always be a toy/project. slowly but surely it will be great. it took me almost 3 years to get my DA to where it was. i had everything. all i needed was coils and i was ready!
oh well, sh!t happens, i must be positive!!! the EG has much more aftermarket potential as well as nearly any other Honda part will fit it somehow?!

Hey im looking at upgrading my Camshafts and Cam Gears on my DA And would like some help with options I have a B18a
i bought recently some bc (crower) cams for my da
there turbo ones though however they make na cams
however the b18b and b20b cams will bolt into the b18a head
i was lookin at specs and looks like the b20b duration is more then a b18a
however i havent looked to much into this it would b interesting if they made much diff
By the time you've mucked about with cams you could have bought a VTEC head.
yeh but the only advantage is vtec and everyone wants to much for vtec heads
The only advantage of big cams is big cams? What's your point?
No point modifying a non-VTEC head when a stock VTEC head will perform better.
