not entirely true, pretty sure the torque just moves up the powerband.

Yep thats better :)
it's the Low and Mid range torque you lose, depending on how much bigger the cams are. if it's only a mild increase in lift you will retain, and depending on the cam design, increase mid range but lose a little bit of low end torque.
however if you have big lift stage 3 cams you will lose a fair amount of low/mid in most cases as the power band is much higher up.
Finally got my 2.25" cat-back made up by Carline Mufflers in Gawler (SA).
Used a Magnaflow muffler and resonator I bought from the forums, very happy :D
Sick. How does it sound Jake? Post a clip!
Mandrel/press bent, stainless or mild steel?
Surprisingly quiet in car, but a nice tone from outside.
Press bent mild steel with stainless from muffler to tip.
I recorded it with my phone but it sounded terrible, so I'll wait till I get a decent quality vid and chuck it on youtube :)
Definitely getting it tuned after my cams and before my controller. They're only stage one cams, just to add a little bit more of a punch up high.
Sneaky mods HAHAHHA
