Have anyone here got the Type R bodykit from jdmyard? I wonder if the rear bar will fit my fd2. The fd2 has 2 outlets which I think is too big for the rear bar. Anyone has experience? How much would it cost to change the exhaust outlet so that it fits the profile on the type R kit rear bar?

Mate bought his kit from jdmyard, crazily overpriced though.. anyhow, the only problem from memory was that the front bar requires you to trim either the bar itself, or reinforcement bar on the front to fit. I believe the rear was fine, he was using an aftermarket exhaust much bigger than stock, so I assume it's fine.Quote:

Probably not your amp, but you should replace your battery every 4 years. If there's a lot of corrosion around it, it's probably a sign to change it and clean it off with a towel in the meantime.Quote:

I bought my type R kit from jdmyard for 950 posted to melb at the end of year sale.
For the front you just need to cut off a bit off each side of the reinforcement bar to fit it. like 2-3cm i think
and for the rear, its best to get an aftermarket exhaust thats single tip. If you cant afford to do that now, you can just go to an exhaust shop and ask them to cut the inner tip off and weld the hole it so it becomes a single tip.
That option would cost like 30 bucks or less
So OTR just replied with this.

Haha, that's the feeling we all have when we upgrade our wheels for a better looking. I want to be on soft level but it hits my rear guard so i have to put on stiff one. You will be uncomfortable not because of they are on soft or stiff, just because of you have to check every pothole on the road to make sure it doesn't hurt your coilover ;-) how do you feel when you've just bought a new set of coilover and after a few months it's leaking or knocking due to the road's conditions.Quote:
